At our practice we try to involve the client as much as possible we work on projects that are traditional procured through to projects where we prepare the drawings and our client go off and develop the scheme directly with their own directly appointed plumbers,carpenters electricians etc. during these projects we alwaysremain at the other end of the projet to provide help when needed.

At the other end of the spectrum we are happy to prepare full designs and specification for competitive tenders to principle contractors / builders.

When possible we like to create spaces from the use needs you have creatively remodelling you home to obtain its maximum potential. We will challenge you during the design phase to ensure the design travels down the correct path.

Louise Bastable Architects is a young practice based in Frome, Somerset, working closely with clients to develop exciting and elegant Architecture.

Initial concepts are informed by light and simplicity, furthered through close client collaboration, developing projects into individual and bespoke designs which reflect clients personalities blended with the Architecture that has evolved from the sites context.

Designs are innovative and cost-effective and wherever possible a sustainable approach is integrated from an early stage.

Louise can undertake a full or partial design service tailored to meet client requirements, including feasibility studies, detailed design, planning applications, the preparation of tender and construction documents, along side the management of the project from inception to completion.
